It is ideal for a relaxing holiday, at only 700 meters from the beach and few kilometers from Lecce and the well-known Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca. At Torre San Giovanni the long and white sand beaches look out on typical small islands, on a few meters distance from the foreshore and the landscape is characterized by a thick pine-wood which reaches until the beaches where one can stay cool during the hottest hours of the day.The apartment is compounded by a living area on the ground floor existing of a kitchenette with gas stove, oven, refrigerator and a spacious terrace with a table to enjoy one’s meal in the open air. The living room is equipped with a table with chairs and two comfortable easy chairs, to relax and watch TV. On the upper floor there are three bright double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The courtyard in front of the accommodation, offers space to park a car, while the courtyard at the backside is equipped with an outside shower.
