In one direction about 15 kilometres away from Casa Martina, the town of Noto is noted for its wealth of Baroque art and architecture, especially its rebuilt San Nicol. cathedral, originally completed in 1776. In the other direction and about the same distance, we have the city of Syracuse, a mere 27 centuries old and packed with archaeology such as the Greek Theatre, the Altar of Hieron and the Tomb of Archimedes. But never fear those clients uninterested in antiquity, between these two towns are miles of great beaches, bars and restaurants! Free road parking. Double gates then steps up to raised, covered, furnished, outside terrace with sea view.

The little town of Fontane Bianche is located in the far south-eastern corner of Sicily overlooking the Gulf of Noto. And, like many others in the peaceful residential area in which it resides, Casa Martina is a cosy seaside house just right for a family seaside holiday. Modern in style, yet very comfortable, it.s a house designed for spending time in, its sunny outdoor areas - a raised covered terrace skirts two sides of it - enticing guests to languish and dine al fresco. And then, turn left out of its gates and, within seconds, guests can be splashing about amongst rock pools at the water.s edge. Both bedrooms have insect screens on the windows and are air-conditioned (payable locally).
