After seven successful years of welcoming our very satisfied clients, the delightful owners have completely transformed the interior of this spacious, first floor apartment. No expense has been spared as living areas, bedrooms and ceilings have been beautifully redecorated in sumptuous blues, reds and pale oranges all arranged in tasteful stripes and panel patterns. Outside the distant murmur of a farm tractor and chirruping birdsong seem to form a timelessly unchanging backdrop to this large, working wine-making Fattoria wherein we offer one of three apartments, each with its own private pool. Here, south of Siena and just 15 kilometres from Montalcino.s delicious Brunello wine, Podere Bagnolo lies in tranquil isolated splendour reigning over rolling hills of vines, olive groves and cypresses.

Unit Description

First floor: Kitchen/dining room with open fireplace, cooker, oven and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with WC etc and washing machine. Two double bedded rooms. One twin bedded room. Shower room with WC etc. Large sitting room with painted beamed ceiling and door to shared balcony. Please note: Clients staying at this property in April and October may not find the open fireplace sufficient to heat the house.The villa is 115kms from the coast and not 15kms.
