The magnificent Villa Montecatini, immersed in the green heart of the Tuscan countryside, has a strategic position just 3 km from the city centre of Montecatini Terme. Here you find daytime activities (shops, recreation grounds, parks, sport centers, golf, tennis, race courses and thermal bath) as well as nighttime amusement (typical restaurants, bars, cinemas, clubs etc.)
The villa, of about 600 sq.m., has three floors. In the basement there are three rooms, a bedroom with a bathroom, a large living room with fireplace and some small lavatories. The Montecatini Villa is surrounded by more than 10.000 sq.m of garden with paths created for long strolls among woods, olive trees and fruit trees, admiring the Tuscan hills that surround the garden. The Tuscan countryside is a unique scenery, that has become even more famous through films such as Under the Tuscan Sun (2003) and Stealing Beauty (1996), where the Tuscan landscape played a central part.
In the garden you find everything you need for enjoying a relaxing and regenerating holiday: swimming pool (12x5 m), terrace, tables, chairs, garden umbrellas, sun chairs, sun beds and gazebo. Moreover the garden is equipped with a grill, dressing rooms with showers and toilets, a room with washing machine and a lot of space for parking.
