The house is split into three: the first floor comprises the owner.s apartment plus two other small apartments for rental. A steep windy road leads up to the property through olive groves. To the rear is a lovely shaded patio area with barbecue and garden of lawn, all private, with a low hedge over which there are marvellous views of Capri. A short path then steps up one floor to the enormous furnished 12 x 8m swimming pool, that is also for use by the other two apartments, and which has those gorgeous panoramic views. Another short flight of steps up to the furnished solarium area with views and a background of olive and lemon trees. The apartment has high ceilings and is cool and well furnished. The sitting room is air-conditioned and is payable locally.
