Villa Profile
Loc Canova Reggello Firenze
Description
Nearby Regello stands amid its famous olive groves and some streets still retain their medieval arcades. The 12th century Romanesque church of San Pietro a Cascia is worth a visit. Here also are the essentials of banks, chemists and a good variety of food shops. Conveniently, for getting to Florence, Arezzo, Montepulciano, and even Rome quickly, access to the main A1 autostrada is 10 kilometres away. The illuminated, and restyled, grounds are mainly lawned, completely fenced-in and include a furnished 10m x 5m swimming pool, depth is 1.25m. From the entrance gates a paved driveway leads to parking.
Location
East of Florence, and the river Arno, the Road of the Seven Bridges winds its panoramic way through medieval towns en route to Arezzo. It is a land of dark green wooded slopes, and thousands of acres of silvery-green olive trees that occupy the flatter areas. Planted proudly amongst this idyllic scenery, the arches and pale yellow plasterwork of this substantial house are visible for miles. In turn, the views from the house are intensely relaxing to behold, especially from its spacious furnished terrace, as they uninterruptedly follow all points of the compass. We are delighted to see this property return to our portfolio after a busy renovation period. The house, and fully fenced-in grounds, are now a delight, and this is an ideal holiday abode for an extended family with young children.
