The National Park of the Gran Sasso offers amazing walking excursions where not only are the vistas exciting, but lends the opportunity to sight flowers, animals and birds in their natural environment.

Enclosed within its own grounds, the situation of Casale Olicchia safeguards privacy. There are glorious vistas across the valley. It has been skilfully renovated and is spacious with accommodation over three floors. Both the furnishings inside and outside are superb, very comfortable and each room has a terrific view. A 10 x 5 metre swimming pool can be found in the grounds.

First floor: Two double bedded room with ensuite bathrooms with WC, etc. Shower room with WC, etc. Second floor (all rooms with low ceiling in places): One twin bedded room. One double bedded room. Shower room with WC, etc. The owner does not accept children who are unable to swim at this property. There is a final cleaning charge of Euro 100 payable locally (not valid for 2008). Central heating is compulsory between October and April. .
