Description

Anghiari possesses all essential shops, bars, chemists and banks. An impressive electric gate allows access to ample parking and a courtyard. All outside areas are paved, as is the furnished swimming pool area that measures 6m x 12m and 1.20m x 1.40m depths.

Location

This property is large. It used to be a hotel but has now been converted into a good quality holiday base, ideal for an extended family, or a big group of friends. A great base as well from which to explore all of eastern Tuscany and northern Umbria: the ancient city of Arezzo, with its Etruscan origins and Roman remains; Sansepolcro, famous for its lace, pasta and Piero della Francesca; and, via a dead straight road across the Tiber valley, to Anghiari, on its high balcony, just nine kilometres away from our villa.If guests do not feel like cooking, just across the road from the villa.s main gate, is the owner.s restaurant. Guests can expect to be treated royally here!
